A company created in Provence by two young wine enthusiasts, with a production that up until now has been targeted at cooperative wineries. Their 14 ha vines are well-maintained and have been providing fruit for years in the heart of the Bandol vineyards, mainly between the communes of Cadière d'Azur and Saint-Cyr/Mer. Located in the homeland of rosé wines, Maison Vignes & Mer offers a range of rosés ranging from a fresh, supple Rosé du Var, perfect for an aperitif, to more expressive rosés: the Côtes de Provence for summer cooking, and Bandol, a gastronomic rosé that can be kept and will be perfect with spicy dishes, fish, shellfish, tagines and Asian cooking. MV&M also offers a powerful red, which is elegant and can be kept for 15 years, to which the Mourvèdre grape gives a character that is unique to Bandol wines. Very concentrated, it will perfectly accompany flavoursome dishes, such as red meats in sauces and game.
