ORGANICALLY PRODUCED ANJOU AND COTEAUX DU LAYON WINES In the Loire Valley (which has UNESCO World Heritage Status), in the heart of Coteaux du Layon, Domaine Pierre Chauvin produces a varied range of Anjou wines. The 15-ha vineyard, located in its entirety in the commune of Rablay sur Layon, has been using organic production since 2005 (2008 was our first certified organic vintage). Download the Loire vineyard map. Paul-Eric Chauvin and Philippe Cesbron, the fifth generation of the family on this estate, have been its managers since 1993. Paul-Eric is in charge of vinification, Philippe takes care of the vineyard. In 2010, Mireille Vigneron joined the estate, she is in charge of sales and administration.
