Based since 1986 at Châteai de l'Epinay with my father, I run our family estate with techniques that use “gentle” farming practises and are respectful of the natural environment, thanks to using sustainable and integrated vine growing methods on my vineyard. My 23 hectares of vines, devoted exclusively to the production of Muscadet, allow me to make pale golden wines, interesting in the nose, with fresh fruit aromas that express the terroir in a very personal way in the mouth. Château de l'Epinay is located at St-Fiacre-sur-Maine, at the convergence of the Maine and Nantais part of the Sèvre, both beautiful shady rivers that cross the Loire-Atlantique department. This tourist hot spot is the largest wine growing village in France in terms of the surface area dedicated to vines.
