It was in 1989 that Luc Faller took over the Itterswiller family estate, located south of Strasburg. With the aim of converting to organic production, he stopped using chemical products in 2000. In 2009, the estate acquired organic certification. The production area is limited to 8 ha. Luc Faller wants to focus on the quality of his wines, made using authentic methods, rather than increasing production. However, he is open to new developments and offers usual products such as a late-harvest Riesling.
