AOC Alsace Pinot Noir

Alsace

Subtle notes of blackcurrant, Morello cherry and red cherry to the nose, supple tannins in the mouth and a fruity finish. Ideal served chilled at informal buffets or picnics with charcuterie, grills and salads. And because the red wines of Alsace are not too tannic, why not try them with fish! Tabbouleh, lamb tajine and couscous are some of the specialities that would also be great accompaniments.

the winemaker's suggestion

KRICK HUBERT

68920 Wintzenheim - Alsace

Our vines are located in the heart of the vineyard, 5km to the west of Colmar. Our estate extends over the communes of Wintzenheim — partly in the Grand Cru du Hengst, which is the jewel of our estate — Turckheim, Ingersheim, Colmar and Wihr-au-Val. The whole range of Alsace wines is present: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir. We also make late harvest wines and select noble grapes, as well as making our own Crémants d’Alsace: dry, rosé, blanc de noirs. Our vineyard, located on the hills south of the Vosges, at between 200 and 450 metres altitude, benefit from maximum sun exposure, thanks to the height of the vines. These assets foster slow, prolonged ripening of the grapes and the blossoming of very fine aromas. If you are travelling through our region, don't hesitate to visit us. It will be a pleasure to show you our estate.
