The vineyard, planted with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, is located on the clay-limestone hillsides and plateaus south of Bergerac. Our sparkling wines, made using the traditional ancestral method, are first produced in Sigoulès from a selection of grapes at a specific and optimal stage of ripeness. This still wine is then sent to our colleagues at Maison Jaillance in Peujard (33) for a second fermentation in the bottle (secondary fermentation) lasting a minimum of 9 months. The bottles are then disgorged and dosed with the demi-sec expedition liqueur. Bulles de Foncaussade, a traditional method demi-sec rosé, boasts a beautiful pale pink color and releases fine bubbles. This balanced, gentle demi-sec offers aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries). "Served between 8°C and 10°C, not chilled, it pairs perfectly with salmon blinis, marinated fish on toast, or foie gras. With an ice cream log or an exotic fruit salad, Bulles brings a festive meal to a sparkling close."
