Provence WineA 12-hectare estate located on a sandy terroir to the east of the Pampelonne beaches in the commune of Ramatuelle. A family enterprise belonging to the Coste Gal family, it has been passed down from father to son/daughter since 1886. Today, Camille Coste, from the 5th generation, has taken over her parents business with passion.

Blend : 50% Grenache and 50% Cinsault. A pleasurable wine, easy to drink, evoking holidays and, in all its simplicity, great, fun to share amongst friends.A very pale colour, avery aromatic nose that tends towards white peach, a fresh and balanced palate.Food and wine pairings. : Chad, grilled English style, roasted asparagus with feta.

Grenache noir, a variety with fruity aromas, primarily citrus, provides roundness but also suppleness. Cinsault provides finesse in the finish. Finally, Tibouren, a typical Provence variety, adds notes of exoticism and freshness to the rather pale juice.
