Alsace WineClaude Hauller, and his wife Laurence, along with their children Ludovic and Guillaume, ensure that they maintain the history of Louis Hauller wines, a history that began in 1776. Today, it is a vineyard of around 20 ha that the Hauller family cultivates with careful attention in order to “produce elegant and remarkable wines from Alsace”.

Our Pinot Gris is a wine that we love introducing to others, on account of its versatility. It is easy-drinking and pairs well with various dishes. This rich and full-bodied wine is reinforced by a nice tension, which lends fullness to a nicely shaped whole. The finish is long and well-balanced.

A 100% Chardonnay, which gives this Crémant plenty of finesse and freshness! The fine bubbles release aromas of white fruit (apples, pears), peach, apricot and even citrus fruits. You can also discern notes of dry fruit and white flowers. Very much appreciated as an aperitif with friends, with a seafood platter or during various social events.
