Languedoc-Roussillon WineThe Clos du Marbrier located in the medieval village of Caunes-Minervois is led by the winemaker Irène Prioton. She incorporated her passion for wine in her estate, formerly a marble workshop, which she transformed into a wine cellar. A natural environment that keeps all its charm with an heritage made of its terroirs and its parcels of land on mountains. For Irène Prioton, it was obvious, since 2001 she has committed to respecting the environment and decided to produce wine from organic farming. By choosing a unique environment, it provides its grape varieties with an altitude exposure and a climate that brings freshness and elegance to the wine.
