With two hectares of family vines bought in 1988, the estate now has around 20 hectares. Our vines are spread over the pebbly slopes that surround the village of Murviel Lès Montpellier. With its location facing the sea, our vineyard benefits, during the summer months, from sea spray that allows the vine to ripen its crop completely. Since the arrival of Edith, we have renewed half the vineyard with quality AOC varieties (Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah), to further develop terroir wines. In 2007, we renovated my great-grandfather's old cellar, located in the heart of the village, making it a vinification winery for part of our production. We produce a range of five vintages, AOC Languedoc white, rosé and red, which represent the fruits of our passion and our terroir. In 2010, we converted to organic production.
