Burgundy WineIt is 250 years since our family began growing vines. Today, the Verret family has 57 hectares of vines, producing 20 products per year and employing 16 people throughout the year. The estate is increasingly well-known, thanks to its ranking, prizes and listings in guides. Domaine Verret cultivates a wise combination of experience, innovation and ambition, with the single objective of producing quality wines.

The Saint Bris terroir offers the very aromatic variety Sauvignon a fantastic backdrop that brings together both fruit and minerality. Goats cheese, charcuterie in its youth, and freshwater fish as soon as a few years have passed. Aroma, finesse and vivacity, it's the only Burgundy Sauvignon! Serve at around 12°

Ageing for one year in 3 to 8 year-old oak barrels allows the finesse of these wine reveal itself without being marked by woodiness. Zander in red white or a blanquette of veal really will let this speak, with a nose of crips red fruits and pepper.
