This family wine-growing holding is located in Coursan and covers a total surface area of 45 hectares. Today, after 4 generations, it is Lionel Boutié that leads the estate (and has been for 20 years) along with his family members. Very respectful of the environment, the estate is one of the pioneers of the biological culture in the region. The biological process has been followed for more than 20 years and it allows Lionel to perfectly know his land parcels, his vines and the way of cultivating these vines. Very diverse when it comes to the styles of wines, the Boutié family cultivates 10 different grape varieties, offering red, white and rosé wines.
You will find three ranges of wines:
- The Ricardelle range which offers strong, fresh and fruity wines
- The Pontserme range which offers round, rich and silky wines
- The Nature range which offers structured wines without any added sulfites
