ORGANICALLY PRODUCED ANJOU AND COTEAUX DU LAYON WINES
In the Loire Valley (which has UNESCO World Heritage Status), in the heart of Coteaux du Layon, Domaine Pierre Chauvin produces a varied range of Anjou wines. The 15-ha vineyard, located in its entirety in the commune of Rablay sur Layon, has been using organic production since 2005 (2008 was our first certified organic vintage). Paul-Eric Chauvin and Philippe Cesbron, the fifth generation of the family on this estate, have been its managers since 1993. Paul-Eric is in charge of vinification, Philippe takes care of the vineyard. In 2010, Mireille Vigneron joined the estate, she is in charge of sales and administration.
