DOMAINE DE PELISSOLS
Languedoc-Roussillon WineOrganic wines (since 2015) and "natural" wines, in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc. Working the vine in partnership with nature instead of by fighting it, growing a wine instead of manufacturing it, this is the vision I have of my profession. In Bédarieux, everything works together with the focus on producing exceptional wines. And this is why I returned home after many years spent travelling the vineyards of the world. The secret of great wines lie in their terroir and a deep understanding of it by the men who make the wine.
Our wines
luna novéla de pelissols rosé
A very intense, amber pink colour. A nose of strawberry and blackberry, developing into spicy notes. An intense palete, beginning with full notes of raspberry, before moving onto liquorice, which emphasizes the freshness of the wine.

A dark colour, a complex and fresh nose, noes of mocha, cocoa powder, ripe plums and fine leather. The palate is full and velvety, the fruit unctuous. Supple and easy to drink, even in spite of its youth, the perfect wine to drink for pleasure....

A colour with hints of pale gold, a nose that opens onto a garden of citrus and exotic fruits, lifted by a hint of acacia blossom. Deliciously balanced on the palate, both fresh and moreish, on account of its slight sweetness.

Complex aromas of red fruit (cherry, blackberry), backed up by a hint of vanilla and liquorice. With a beautiful structure with silky tannins, you encounter spicy aromas of leather and eucalyptus in the finish, as is typical of our terroir.
