Burgundy Wine

We are the fifth generation to share our passion on our family estate located in the heart of the Cru Viré-Clessé. ORGANIC PRODUCTION TO UNVEIL OUR TERROIRS This philosophy is demonstrated by the search for balanced, living soil. The vine, nourished by this soil, produces an excellent grape. In the winery, we know how to keep things understated and leave the wine the time to express itself. The authenticity of our work allows our different varieties to unveil all the richness of the terroirs. We chose to convert to organic production in 2006. In 2009, we obtained organic certification. Our vines are maintained using ploughing techniques and controlled plant coverage. We limit the use of sulphur and copper, giving the plant back its natural defences.

Longchamp is a climat located right in the heart of the appellation, on clayey soil which provides the Chardonnay with power and roundness, vinified and matured over 12 months in demi-muids. The colour is a pale yellow with golden glints. The mouth is composed of spices and is delightfully round. We also find citrus notes with a mineral finish.
