Languedoc-Roussillon WineIn the Heart of Aspres In the foothills of the Pyrenees, overlooking the coastal plain of Roussillon, Domaine de la Perdrix farms 45 hectares of vines in the commune of Trouillas, in the heart of the Aspres region, 15 km south of Perpignan. This family estate, created in the 1820s, is run today by André and Viriginie Gil who, from their arrival in 1997, took the vineyard in hand and have striven to bring the winery back to life, making wines on the estate from the 2000 vintage onwards. Our terroir is a real mosaic of hard, dry soils. Thus, to be able to best manage the identity of this multi-faceted soil, each plot is vinified separately. The blends are then carried out with care to obtain an elegant balance between fruit, fatness and tannins, the ageing potential and the expression of the typically Mediterranean terroir, which we strive to echo in our wines.
Our wines
la coule douce rosé
Bright, very pale pink colour. Complex, intense nose dominated by acid drops with a note of white flowers. A well-balanced rosé with finesse and freshness.

A fruity blanc de blancs brut that's full of vivacity! A deep fairly pale gold colour. An intense fruity nose with yellow fruits (pear and peach). Great vivacity and slight acidity in the mouth with a pleasant roundness.

A wine that truly represents the Terroir des Collines des Aspres. Brilliant golden yellow colour. Discreet nose opening with exotic fruits, citrus and white-fleshed fruits. Lively; sparkling attack, both powerful and fresh in the mouth with intense aromas of citrus.

60% Syrah, 20% Grenache noir and 20% Mourvèdre. A very lively and round wine on the palate, presenting aromas of well-ripened red fruits. This wine has a nice balance and round tannins.

A strong and elegant wine with aromas of very ripe red fruit, with slight notes of vanilla and roasting. Vinification by means of traditional maceration of the harvest, destemmed and treaded after manual collection. Temperature-regulated fermentation, extraction by means of cap punching and rack and return for 28 days.Aged for 12 months in oak casks.
