    In 1993, Philippe Fezas was the fifth generation to take the reins of Domaine Chiroulet, which had been in the Fezas family for 150 years. Located on the upper Gascony hills, the estate gets its name from the word “Chiroula”, which means, “the wind that blows” in the local dialect. Knowing how best to benefit from this blowing wind and the south-facing sun exposure, Chiroulet produces characterful wines that can be drunk throughout a meal: from aperitif to digestif.
