"Comte de Grimm" transports you to the heart of the wonderland of Alsace, inviting you to appreciate the greatness of a Grand Crémant. Martine Penet-Grimm, whose historical family birthplace is located in Barr, in the middle of wine-growing Alsace, and Alexandre Penet, an œnologist from the Champagne region, whose family has more than four centuries of expertise, have brought together the best of Alsace and traditional sparkling wine-making techniques, in order to make this enchanting low-dosage Crémant, ideal for aperitifs and magical festivities!

Ageing: in stainless steel vats. Aged in bottles on the lees : 36 months minimum Dosage : 6g/l (Extra Brut). Tasting: A Grand Crémant produced from 100% white grape varieties, full of freshness, elegance and purity.
