Located in Cénac, in the Bordeaux area, the Château du Garde takes advantage of its privileged terroir, which expands over 30 ha under the Côtes de Bordeaux’ appellation. Founded in 1925, it is Jean Benoit Subra who’s today at the head of the estate, to develop and expand it for the 4th generation in a row, allowing to reinforce a unique expertise. Sustainable development matters to the independent winemaker that is Château du Garde, and they make a point in respecting the environment which is why they are certified on the third level of the HVE (High Environmental Value). Thanks to its skills and its area, the Château du Garde develops fine Bordeaux’ wines. Come and discover a wide range consisting of dry white wines, of Clairet (typical of the Bordeaux area), and of red wines. The white wines are fruity and expressives for the ones that have not been vinified in barrels and the red ones with age are rounder, suppler and contain a greater complexity. Red wines are to be found below in different styles with the cuvée Château Rauzé-Lafargue, Château du Garde and Château du Garde Prestige.
