The parcel « Les Crozes », located at 100 meters above the level of the sea in the valley of Cesse, presents complicated soils composed with rolled rocks, sandstone and clay and even alluvial grounds. The Cazelles Plateau, 180 meters above the level of the sea, distinguinhes itself by its rocky soils which contain 3% of natural organic material on a classic clayey-chalky subsoil. The cultivation is voluntarily composed of classic grape varieties of the South of France : for the white wines, Maccabeu, Roussanne, Vermentino, white Grenache, Muscat petits grains, and for the red wines, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault.
