ChampagneThe Champagne Olivier et Laetitia Marteaux is a family holding that covers a total surface area of 9 hectares located in the vallée de la Marne. Since 2009, Olivier and Laetitia Marteaux have been selling their range of 6 champagnes that are a reflection of their values « Putting forward our terroir and the product of our work ». They manage this vineyard in regards of a sustainable culture in order to respect the environment. The natural products are privileged, the harvest is a manual one and the sorting is serious and done directly in the vine. The vinification is slow and takes a few years before the wine can be on your table ! Amazing cuvees to discover or discover again !
