The creation of our Champagne uses a traditional method, based on respect for quality and the desire to obtain a perfect aromatic expression. A family business, the estate is located in the southern Champagne region on slopes on the edge of the Seine.

The blend of varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of the cuvée Brut Tradition offers great aromatic intensity with harmonious balance. The body and structure of Pinot Noir expresses itself ideally as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to rich, flavoursome dishes.

This Blanc de Blancs Champagne makes an ideal aperitif and goes superbly well with seafood platters, particularly oysters and scallops with which it creates a surprising harmony.

It's during controlled maceration of the grapes in vats that the skin of the grapes releases subtle fragrances of red fruits and a colour characteristic of Pinot Noir. The Rosé Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or accompanying meats and is a perfect match with fruity desserts.
