How is wine served?
Serving wine is easier said than done! Sometimes, if you take the bottle away too quickly after serving your friends, droplets of wine spill on the glass, tablecloth or label.
To avoid this, simply twist your wrist and the droplet stays inside the bottle.
If opening the bottle fills you with dread, then you can always transfer the wine into a pouring decanter, which will no doubt be more convenient for your guests. However, don't forget to have a waiter's cloth (serviette for wine) on hand to wipe away any little droplets. Happy tasting!
